All of our bathrooms are filled with luxurious soaps, moisturisers, shampoos & conditioners for you.

We invite our guests to relax in our large guest lounge in front of the fire with a pre-dinner drink and the home baking is made daily and fresh.
Relax after your journey in a complimentary robe, and then slip into a luxurious bed made up with quality linen for your comfort.
When you wake enjoy fresh coffee, that has been celebrated worldwide, and a sumptuous home cooked breakfast.
Pounamu is New Zealand’s most precious Greenstone or Jade. This room is on our ground floor in it own private wing.
It has an ensuite with shower and private courtyard to our beautiful garden. This room is a real gem and is on the ground floor in it's own private wing.

Our Poppy Suite has two separate bedrooms, sharing a beautiful balcony that overlooks our luscious garden.
It is on the first floor and is serviced by a large bathroom which includes a shower, double vanities and a corner hot tub. There is a separate toilet.
One room has a queen sized bed and the other a super king. This is a great room for friends or family travelling together.

Cancellation Policy
Due to our intimate size we ask that should you change plans in staying with us, you let us know as soon as possible.
We hold credit card details until you have completed your stay, and payment is arranged at this point.
Should you, however, be unable to stay with us at a time from seven days prior to the reservation date, we require
full payment be made, unless the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances, and agreeable to St James B&B.
